bdt86 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdt86 ("bdt86", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdt86 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all associated services available at bdt86.io (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the bdt86 Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the bdt86 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your bdt86 account.

bdt86 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where bdt86 reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdt86 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdt86 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bdt86 account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process depending on your card issuer.
• bdt86 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges at their discretion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded less any processing fees.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• bdt86 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1 to 3 business days for bank card or bank transfer withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending identity verification, bonus wagering completion, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• bdt86 reserves the right to request documentation (e.g., national ID, bKash account proof) before processing any withdrawal.

Any funds deposited into a bdt86 account that are found to originate from illegal or fraudulent activity will be confiscated and reported to the relevant authorities. bdt86 maintains robust anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending AML review at any time.

Bonuses & Promotions

bdt86 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover requirement") that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The rules of each individual game are determined by the supplying studio and are displayed within the game interface.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering the BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. bdt86 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds arising from a technical error.

• In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules of the individual market as displayed at the time of betting.

• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your bdt86 account balance following official result confirmation. Disputed results will be resolved using official scorecards from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB).

bdt86 is not liable for any malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure that interrupts a game session. Where a malfunction can be confirmed, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings paid in error due to a system malfunction may be reclaimed by bdt86 from the player's balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt86 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or extract data from the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage of account registration or verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdt86 Platform — including but not limited to the bdt86 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdt86 or is used under licence from the respective rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of bdt86.
• Use the bdt86 brand name, logo, or any other trade mark in connection with any third-party product or service.
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website without bdt86's express written authorisation.

Game content supplied by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by each studio's own licence terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdt86's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with bdt86's support team, the matter will be escalated to bdt86's internal disputes committee, whose decision shall be final and binding subject to any mandatory legal rights you may hold under applicable law.
